In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pak665" or "Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pak665.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses, registers with, or uses the pak665 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the pak665 platform.
• "Funds" means any money deposited into or held within a User's pak665 Account balance, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any sports event, casino game, slot, live dealer table, esports market, or other betting market offered on pak665.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded to a User subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory from which use of the pak665 platform is prohibited by applicable law or by pak665's own policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification processes required to activate full account functionality.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applied by pak665 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion options, and other player protection mechanisms available within the pak665 account settings.

By accessing the pak665 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and accept the pak665 Privacy Policy;
• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• All information provided to pak665 during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

pak665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the pak665 platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Use of the pak665 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. pak665 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pak665 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) pak665 Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): pak665 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to accounts held by politically exposed persons or their close associates.
• Not a pak665 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on pak665.

To access the full range of pak665 services, you must register for an Account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

pak665 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not confer any right to use the platform; access remains conditional upon satisfying all eligibility requirements and completing any required KYC verification.

• You may only register one Account per person, per household, and per device.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Pakistani users registering on pak665 must provide a valid CNIC number for identity verification purposes.
• Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• pak665 may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to complete additional KYC documentation as part of its AML compliance obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak665 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

pak665 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pak665 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify pak665 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• pak665 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• pak665 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pak665 of a security breach.

pak665 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the User has opted for USDT transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically take 1–3 business hours.
• pak665 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your pak665 Account may only be used for wagering on the pak665 platform. Deposits made in error may be reversed subject to verification and applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pak665 Account holder. pak665 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Users who have not completed identity verification will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• pak665 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 as part of its AML obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers typically complete within 1–3 business hours; USDT withdrawals typically complete within 10–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• pak665 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or pending AML investigation.

pak665 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Users who have self-excluded, are under cooling-off, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a pak665 Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 (seven) to 30 (thirty) days from the date of award. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: pak665 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, use of automated betting strategies, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms. pak665 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates will be set out in individual promotion terms.
• pak665 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on pak665 are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable betting rules.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pak665 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time.
• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the pak665 platform. pak665 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a price error has occurred.
• Void Bets: pak665 reserves the right to void any bet where: the market was incorrectly priced due to a technical error; the outcome of the event has been subject to corruption, match-fixing, or fraud; or where the bet was placed after the event had already concluded.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket markets, including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs involving Pakistan, are subject to pak665's Cricket Betting Rules. In the event of an abandonment or a reduction in overs, settled bets follow the DLS method outcome where officially applied by the governing body.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void. Live streaming and live data are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of accuracy.
• Palpable Errors: pak665 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical faults, data feed errors, or human error, at any time before or after settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak665 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pak665, whether under your own identity or any other;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of sporting events;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Laundering money or using pak665 as a mechanism to process proceeds of crime;
• Collusion with other Users to exploit bonus offers, manipulate markets, or defraud the platform;
• Attempting to access areas of the pak665 platform for which you do not have authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak665 staff or other Users in any communication channel;
• Using the pak665 platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

pak665 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all registered Users seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please make use of the tools and resources available to you.

pak665 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all registered Users, accessible at any time through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During a cooling-off period, your Account will be inaccessible for betting purposes, though withdrawal of existing balances remains available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the pak665 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. pak665 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including the suppression of marketing communications.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak665 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the pak665 platform without prior written consent from pak665.
• The pak665 name, logo, and all associated marks and trade dress are the exclusive property of pak665. Unauthorised use of any pak665 trade marks is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content, including games provided by Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Playtech, and other software providers, remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak665 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents hereby exclude all liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pak665 platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any technical failures, server errors, data transmission failures, or third-party service outages that affect your access to pak665 or the outcome of any wager;
• Any action taken by pak665 in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including the suspension or termination of your Account;
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party content, odds data, or live streaming services available through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pak665's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In all cases where pak665 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your pak665 Account in the 12 (twelve) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• pak665 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity on your Account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• pak665 is required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• pak665 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other users.

Upon termination for cause, pak665 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from wagers that were placed in breach of these terms. Verified genuine Account balances representing your own deposited funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your pak665 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal following the completion of KYC verification and a final account review.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak665 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pak665, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pak665 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pak665's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.

• The outcome of any wager that has been duly settled in accordance with pak665's betting rules is final and not subject to reversal except in cases of verified technical error or palpable mispricing.
• Any legal proceedings arising from these terms must be brought within 12 (twelve) months of the event giving rise to the claim.
